Visualizing training
Visualization is closely related to the 5S principles. These educational materials also address the 5S points, but with the addition of items necessary for visualization.
Companies that want to introduce the 5S should draw up a manual for all employees to keep.
Of course, the manual transmission is far from sufficient. The workers, operators, and office staff can be trained and get extended courses. This task should be the first of the quality or technical manager to take on. They should train the group leaders and second-level leaders. Then these trained professionals should pass on the lessons learned to their subordinates.
The leader's responsibility, compliance monitoring and intervention should, if necessary, be corrected.
